uick and simple was an attractive option. The 5 ingredients can be easily found in most grocery stores. Naan is usually located next to the pita bread at the deli counter. I like the whole grain version, but it is available plain as well. 
Naan 'Pizza'
For each pizza:
4 ounces fresh mozzarella
6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
1 naan flatbread   ~   1 tablespoon pesto
red pepper flakes, optional
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Oven rack should be in center position.
Slice mozzarella. (If desired, freeze for 20 minutes to make slicing easier) Set aside.
Slice sun-dried tomatoes into ½-inch slivers. Set aside.
Place naan on cookie sheet, bubbly side up. Bake in preheated oven for 3 minutes.
Remove naan from oven. Spread surface with pesto. Cover with mozzarella slices. Return naan to oven for another 4 minutes.
Remove naan from oven. Arrange sun-dried tomatoes on top of mozzarella. Return naan to oven for another 3 minutes.
Remove naan from oven, and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Cut into quarters, sprinkle very lightly with red pepper flakes if using.
Serve.
