Jackuelyn Chase, 21, Laconia Avenue, Putnam; operating under the influence, failure to drive right.
Kyle Chatelle, 28, Battey Street, Putnam; creating a public disturbance.
Leonard Auger 4th, 24, School Street, Putnam; third-degree assault, breach of peace, risk of injury, interfering with a 911 call.
 
Drug bust
PUTNAM — A Putnam woman was charged with possession of heroin after authorities executed a warrant, according to police.
Andrea Kettle, 43, of 356 Kennedy Dr., was charged with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell.
 Members of the Troop D Quality of Life Task Force, the Statewide Narcotics Task Force-East Office, the Putnam Police Department, troopers assigned to the Troop D Danielson Barracks and agents assigned to the CT DEA Field Office executed a narcotic related search and seizure warrant at 356 Kennedy Dr. Sept. 26. 
The search warrant came after complaints that heroin was being sold from that apartment. Authorities found 29 bags of heroin pre-packaged for sale.
