WORCESTER — Five local students were named to the Worcester Polytechnic Institute Dean’s List for academic excellence for the fall 2015 semester: Claudia Dufour of Woodstock, class of 2017 majoring in chemical engineering; John McGinn of Pomfret Center, class of 2018 majoring in actuarial mathematics; Shivam Mehta of Chepachet, class of 2018 majoring in biomedical engineering; Michael Paquette of Woodstock, class of 2018 majoring in electrical and computer engineering; Yu-sen Wu of Danielson, class of 2017 majoring in mechanical engineering.
