The Board of Finance of the Town of Pomfret will be holding a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at 7:00 PM at the Pomfret Community School Cafeteria in accordance with Section 7-344 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
Itemized estimates of expenditures of the Town for the ensuing fiscal year of 2017-2018 will be presented and the Board of Finance will hear all persons who wish to be heard in regards to any appropriations which they are desirous the Board will recommend.  Copies of the proposed budgets are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, Town of Pomfret, Five Haven Road, Pomfret Center, Connecticut.

The Pomfret Planning & Zoning Commission will hold the following Public Hearings at their regular meeting on May 17, 2017, starting at 7:00 PM at the Old Town House:
1. Shawn Densmore, 69 Jericho Road — Special permit application for a 40’x80’ detached garage with a 10’x80’ overhang
A copy of this application is on file in the office of the Planning and Zoning Commission, 5 Haven Road Pomfret, Pomfret Center, Connecticut. The file is available for review during normal business hours.
