PUTNAM — Day Kimball Healthcare’s (DKH) 16th Annual Cruisin’ for Cancer Care Motorcycle and Car Cruise raised $7,495 to benefit the Northeast Connecticut Cancer Fund of DKH.
This event has contributed $118,495 to for the Northeast Connecticut Cancer Fund of DKH, which provides financial assistance for cancer-related screening and treatment services to individuals living in northeastern Connecticut who otherwise may not have the financial resources to pay for needed medical care.
More than 200 motorcyclists and classic car enthusiasts joined in for the scenic ride that covered over 40.
“With the generosity and enthusiasm of our riders, cruisers, volunteers and sponsors, DKH is able to continue to be at the heart of cancer care for patients across Northeast Connecticut,” said DKH Director of Development Kristen Willis.
