Event
DANIELSON --- The Northeast District Department of Health, the Connecticut Association of Prevention Professionals and other organizations will present “Hidden in Plain Sight,” a substance abuse awareness event at QVCC’s Atrium and Auditorium. The prevention fair will be held at 5:30 and 8 p.m. and a presentation will be held at 6. It is a presentation for parents and other adults. No students please. www.nddh.org.

Trail Clean-up
EASTFORD --- The Quiet Corner Chapter of the New England Mountain Bike Association (NEMBA) is hosting trail clean-up at 9 a.m. at the Natchaug State Forest (enter from Rt. 44 across from Frog Rock).
