WILLIMANTIC — Several local students earned their degrees at Eastern Connecticut State University at the end of the fall 2019 semester:
Ijah Culbert of Danielson, who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in New Media Studies.
Shannon Fagan of Putnam, who graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Julianne Harris of Danielson, who graduated Dean’s Distinction with a Bachelor of General Studies in General Studies.
Abigail Roberts of Danielson, who graduated Dean’s Distinction with a Bachelor of General Studies in General Studies.
Daniel Simpson of Eastford, who graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Earth Science.
Aaron Stover of Thompson, who graduated with a Master of Science in Secondary Education.

Ryan Devine of Woodstock received his Ph.D. in fire and emergency management administration from Oklahoma State University this past fall.

MADISON, N.J. — Emma Ciquera of Putnam was named to the dean’s lsit for fall 2019 semester at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Attended
WILLIMANTIC — Eastern Connecticut State University theatre and new media studies students recently attended the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival. Among the student performers and behind-the-scenes technicians recognized was Emma Kellermann of Eastford, who majors in new media studies. In the category of design Kellermann was awarded for her sound design in the play “The Wolves.” The auditors of the award specifically noted her work in ambisonic sound.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Gabrielle Delos of Chepachet was named to the dean’s list at Western New England University for the fall semester 2019.

BOSTON — Two  local students were named to the Emmanuel College dean’s list for the fall 2019 semester: Renee Auger of Woodstock and Kennedy Davignon of Woodstock.

NEW LONDON — Pomfret Center student Megan Feragne, class of 2020 at Connecticut College, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2019 fall semester, achieving Dean’s High Honors. Feragne is a Hispanic studies major.
