Bridge Open
The Woodstock Avenue bridge opened Nov. 11 “precisely 102 years after the signing of the Armistice ending the “Great World War” in 1918,” according to Putnam Mayor Barney Seney. “Thanks to all who worked so hard to complete this project on time!
