Ribbon Cutting
Putnam Mayor Barney Seney helped cut the ribbon for a new stair chair at the VFW Post 1523. It allows veterans to go downstairs to the canteen. The post raised $5,000 for the project. The biggest supporters were the Danielson Veterans Coffeehouse and the American Legion Post 13.
