Town of Pomfret
INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for the lease of two town-owned agricultural parcels will be received by the Town of Pomfret at the Office of the First Selectman, Pomfret Town Hall, Five Haven Road, Pomfret Center, CT 06259 until 1:00 PM, Local Prevailing Time, on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. Bidders are invited to submit bids for one or both of the two available parcels.
The four-year term of said leases will commence in the Spring of 2022 and expire in the Fall of 2026. Descriptions of properties for lease, bid specifications, and proposal packages are available at the Pomfret Town Hall, First Selectmen’s Office, Five Haven Road, Pomfret Center, CT 06259 and are available online at www.pomfretct.gov/departments/first-selectman's-office
No Bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the Bid opening. The Town of Pomfret reserves the right to waive all formalities or to reject any or all Bids.
