PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION
The Pomfret Planning & Zoning Commission will hold the following Public Hearings at its in-person meeting on August 18, 2021, starting at 7:00 PM.
1. Wayne Orlowski for Peter Schultz, 69 Ragged Hill Road, special permit for a 22’ x 46’ building
2. J.A.S. Design & Screen-Printing Studio, 589 Pomfret Street, special permit for a manual screen-printing, embroidery, graphic/web design, sublimination/heat press products, and photography. Keeping with the theme of the house, applicant plans to maintain the garden and presence that Martha’s Herbery had by offering small gatherings like baby/bridal showers, yoga, etc. in the garden area.
A copy of the applications is on file in the office of the Planning and Zoning Commission, 5 Haven Road Pomfret, Pomfret Center, Connecticut. A copy of the files will be posted with the agenda on the Town website.
