Oliver Ramos, 31, Massasoit Road, Worcester; violation of protective order, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, risk of injury, third-degree criminal mischief. Second call: violation of protective order, first-degree criminal trespass, risk of injury, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
James Clark IV, 40, Harrison Street, Putnam; second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault.
