Transformation
In the morning June 25 at Roseland Park it was just a section of lawn. By 2 p.m. it was transformed to the beautiful pollinator garden. The work, in 90-degree heat, was done by Girl Scout Troop 63315 which was working toward a Bronze Award by planting a pollinator garden. The garden creation was done by- Elaina Costa, Cara Grossman, Scarlett Hogarty, Layla King, Violet Nowakowski, Hazel Thurlow, Kennedy Xeller. The troop is led by Elizabeth Costa, Josie Thurlow, Shona Erikson, Heather Nowakowski. Also helping were siblings and parents who helped gather donations and plant. Donations came from: The Last Green Valley, Blackmer Farm, Woodstock Lions Club, Sprucedale Gardens, Woodstock Conservation Commission and Aubuchon Hardware. Courtesy photo.
