WOODSTOCK — The Woodstock Academy Athletic Department named sophomore Graysen Deluca from the wrestling team the Sweet Evalina’s Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 12 – 19.
At the Killingsworth Tournament Jan. 12 DeLuca took first place going 5-0 with 3 pins
Jan. 19 at the Kacey Yates Memorial Tournament at Lyman Memorial High School DeLuca took 3rd going 3-1 with 3 pins.
Overall this year Graysen Deluca has a record of 20 and 6 and he has been the top wrestler for Woodstock Academy
Out of the 20 victories, 18 of them have been by pin and half of those have been in the first period.
Deluca is one of the top wrestlers in the ECC in his weight class.
