Honored, graduates
LEWISTON, Maine — Corey A. Gringras of Eastford graduated from Bates College. He was also named to the winter semester dean’s list at Bates College. A rhetoric major, he is a 2009 graduate of Pomfret School. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Brian M. Gingras of Eastford. His undergraduate activities include: four-year member of the golf team and co-host of a weekly talk show on Bates radio station, WRBC. He was also a member of the Senior Class Gift Commmittee.



The following charges were listed in the Putnam Police Department logs.  The people charged are innocent until proven guilty in court. The Town Crier will publish dispositions of cases at the request of the accused. The dispositions must be accompanied by the proper documentation. Gabriel Estes, 32, Broad Street, Danielson; traveling too fast for conditions.

Amy Nunes, 37, Jeans Court, Woodstock;  operating under the influence, failure to drive right.
Raymond Williams Jr., 39, Recreation Park Road, Putnam; speeding.
