BURLINGTON, Vt. --- Katherine Scanlon, a resident of Woodstock, was named to the fall 2009 Champlain College's dean''s list for academic achievements. Scanlon is majoring in elementary education. She is the daughter of Joseph Scanlon of Woodstock and Joan Bly of Putnam.
