PUTNAM --- Oct. 14 Bruce Adams, 53, of Rochdale Mass., turned himself in to the Putnam Police Department for an outstanding arrest warrant issued by Danielson Superior Court. The arrest warrant was issued after a joint investigation with the Putnam Police Department and the Leicester MA Police department into a report that Adams was engaging in a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old youth in Putnam.
He was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, illegal sexual contact and risk of injury to a minor.
