Mustangs
pick up 2nd win

The Putnam Science Academy Mustangs boys’ soccer team picked up their second win of the season Oct. 23 against Hyde Woodstock. The score was 4-2. The Mustangs have had an off-season this year with a record of 2-6-1.
"We needed this win!” said Fatih Macun, team tri-captain said after the game. “This has boosted our confidence as we head into the final games of the season.”
Fehmi Agalou scored the first goal for the Mustangs and added one assist during the game. Recep Kose, Burak Oguz and Batuhan Aldatmaz each scored one goal. The Mustangs head on the road Oct. 27 to battle St. Thomas More in Uncasville.
