ASHFORD — The Last Green Valley, Inc. is looking for volunteers interested in learning about the health of local streams by using insects to determine water quality.
A free volunteer training workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Sept. 8 at the Ashford Town Hall.
Following the training, volunteer teams will be assigned sampling stations convenient to where they live. Sampling will take place September through November.
