Appeal # 2012-007:  Ling Xin Li (Mr. Chen) — Request for variances according to Section 1111 Minimum Off Street Parking of the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations for the reduction in size from the required 10’ X 20’ to 9.5’ X 18’ and reduction from the required 30 parking spaces reduced to 24 parking spaces for a proposed hotel.  Property located 51 Pomfret Street. Town Assessor’s Map 15, Lot 58. Zoned C-3.
Appeal # 2012-008:  McDonald’s Corp., c/o  Ayoub Engineering, Inc. — Request for a variance according to Section 1111 Minimum Off Street Parking of the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations for the reduction of the required 58 parking spaces reduced to 44 parking spaces for a proposed drive through lane reconfiguration.  Property located at 6 Providence Pike. Town Assessor’s Map 26, Lot 43. Zoned C-4.
