SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. --- Victoria Byrnes, a member of the Class of 2015 at Skidmore College, received academic recognition at the college this spring. She is the daughter of Jay and Susan Byrnes of Woodstock . Byrnes was selected for membership in the Periclean Honors Forum, which works to strengthen intellectual life at Skidmore and especially to encourage the academic aspirations of highly motivated and talented students. Formal membership in is based on academic accomplishment.
