STORRS — The UConn Cooperative Extension System is now accepting applications for the Cooperative Extension Master Gardener Program for 2013. The program includes 14 class sessions, starting in early January, p lus volunteer service. Classes will be held in West Hartford, Brooklyn, Haddam, Bethel and Stamford. $415.
