Planning and Zoning Commission
At the July 17, 2024, meeting of the Pomfret Planning & Zoning Commission, the following legal action(s) were taken:
1. John Everett for Rectory School, 528 Pomfret Street, application for construction of a 10,254-sf addition to the existing Craig Schott Calhoun Gymnasium. APPROVED with conditions.
2. Aaron Perry/Graphics Unlimited for Loretta and Mark Foisey, 15 Searles Road, replace existing sign with a new one in same location. Property owners are replacing the existing legally nonconforming sign with a smaller one. APPROVED.
