James Bebbington,
cosmetologist
WOODSTOCK — James “Jimmy” Bebbington, 61, of Brickyard Road, died March 26, 2013, in Harrington Memorial Hospital, Southbridge. He was the husband of Yilmaz Erdemci Bebbington.
Born in 1951 in Putnam, he was the son of the late Charles and Beatrice (Goodwin) Bebbington.
Mr. Bebbington worked as a self-employed cosmetologist. He enjoyed painting, gardening, and collecting antique glass.
He leaves his brother Charles T. Bebbington of Ft. White, Fla.; his sisters, Cynthia E. Bebbington-Lucia of Ft. White, Linda Bebbington-Mannix (Thomas) of Plainfield, and Alice Garston (Gerald) of Phillips, Maine; and five cats.

Eleanor C. Cloud
DANIELSON — Eleanor C. Cloud, 76, of Mountain View Landing, died March 20, 2013, at UMass Medical Center in Worcester after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of Harold Cloud. They were married in 1978. He died in 2000.
She was born Sept. 16, 1936, in Putnam, daughter of John F. and Leila (Chenette) Currier Jr. She was employed for over 25 years at Rogers Corporation, working in Rogers and Chandler, Ariz.
Eleanor made her home in the Danielson area most of her life, was a former registrar of voters for the Town of Killingly and was active for many years in the Jaycees in Danielson. She enjoyed dancing, music, sewing, reading, cooking and trips to the beach.
She leaves two sons: James R. Wade of Santa Rosa, Calif., Gregory J. Wade of Danielson; stepchildren Christine Cloud of W. Hartford; Cindy Cloud Thompson of Lepanto, Ariz., Brian Cloud (Linda) of Mobile, Ala.; her sister Nancy M. Bow of Danielson; grandchildren Kevin Ohar, Matthew Wade (Tara), Katie Thompson; a great-granddaughter Emma Lou Wade. She was predeceased by her former husband Robert W. Wade.

Arthur G. Lewis
WOODSTOCK — Arthur G Lewis, 76, of Woodstock died March 29, 2013, in Myrtle Beach, S.C., while visiting his daughter.
Born April 26, 1936, in Putnam, son of Joseph and Winifred Lewis. He was a truck driver and retired DOT state worker, as well as many other jobs from a farmer to deputy fire chief of the Killingly Volunteer Fire Department and was a member of Muddy Brook Fire Department and a security guard. He loved fishing and many outdoor activities.
He leaves his daughters: Donna Marie Fenner (Joe), Linda Lee Bonneville (Todd); son: Keith Wayne Lewis (Lisa); grandchildren: Shane and wife Pam, Jacob and wife Brandy, Mark and wife Tina, Matthew and wife Megan, Jason, Tyler, Ashley, Cassie, Megan, Adam Stacy and Chris; great-grandchildren: Kyla, Autumn, Brittany, Jacob, Autumn, Selena, Kadence, Ishmeal, Benjamin, Ryan and Sydney. He was predeceased by wife Mildred Rose Lewis and son Glenn David Lewis

Alice T. Russell
DAYVILLE — Alice T. Russell, 85, of Upper Maple Street, died March 27, 2013, at the Westview Nursing Home in Dayville. She was born Sept. 20, 1927, in Dayville, daughter of Napoleon and May (Mullen) Yates. She made her home in Dayville most of her life, a communicant of St. Joseph Church in Dayville. She was employed for over 32 years at William Prym in Dayville. Alice enjoyed crossword puzzles, knitting, crocheting, reading.
She leaves her children Fraun Russell of Dayville, Meri Kay Russell of Dayville, Lori Ann Andrews (Frank) of Rogers, Tom Russell (Melina) of Thompson; daughter-in-law Karen Russell of Woonsocket; grandchildren: Shelby Stevenson, Mary Andrews, Krystyna Andrews; great grandchildren: Donovan and Shaelyn. She was predeceased by her two sons Dayle Russell in 2006 and Kyle Russell in 2012, her siblings Robert Yates, Frances Devillez, Loretta Gaudette. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. April 3 in St. Joseph Church, Dayville. Ellsworth Sheldon
GROSVENORDALE — Ellsworth R. (Bob) Sheldon, 88, of Grosvenordale, went home to the Lord March 30, 2013. He was born Feb. 7, 1925, in Woodstock, son of the late Fred E. and Jennie (Nelson) Sheldon.
He was raised in Woodstock on the family’s produce farm. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, camping, watching the Red Sox and the UConn Huskies women’s basketball team. He enjoyed getting together with his family. Ellsworth was employed most of his life at Koppers/US Button in Putnam before retiring. In his youth he was employed at Bob Joy’s Apple Orchard..
He leaves his children, Richard W. Sheldon of Midlothian, Va., Robert E. Sheldon (Roxanne) of Putnam, Laura L. Dobyns (Gordan) of Aylett, Va., Karen G. Cutrone (Craig) of Aylett, Va., and Timothy G. Sheldon (Lori) of Corinth, Maine; 12 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; his cat; Kitty. He was predeceased by his wife, Loretta W. (Aubin) Sheldon whom he married on March 30, 1956. He was also predeceased by his siblings; Charles, Beatrice, Bernice, Melba, Hazel, Stanly, Wayland, Frank, Ida, Ella, Harriet, Alfred and Jennie.

Robert M. Langevin
BROOKLYN — , Robert M. Langevin, 63, of Brooklyn, died March 15, 2013, at Rhode Island Hospital from injuries he sustained on his family farm.
He was the husband of Susan (St. John) Langevin; they were married Sept. 7, 1973. Mr. Langevin was born Feb. 21, 1950, in Putnam, son of Maurice Langevin of Brooklyn and the late Simonne (Bouthillier) Langevin. He worked for 26 years as a weight and safety inspector for the State of CT, retiring in 2009. He was a 1968 graduate from Killingly High School, where he was an exceptional athlete in football, basketball and baseball. He achieved his bachelor’s degree in business from Johnson & Wales University in 1972. Mr. Langevin was a communicant of St. James Church, an avid golfer and member of Quinnatisset Country Club, and the Danielson Lodge of Elks. He loved to travel and vacation with family and friends. Mr. Langevin was an accomplished outdoorsman. He was co-owner and partner of Allen Hill Tree Farm in Brooklyn.
Besides his wife and his father he leaves children, Aimee Anderson (Erick), Benjamin Langevin (Rebecca), and Brett Langevin (Amanda); brother, Charles Langevin (Marion); sister, Carmen Gibeault (Roland), all of Brooklyn; grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. James Church, Danielson. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery, Danielson. Donations: The Benjamin T.
