PUTNAM --- The Town of Putnam Water Pollution Control Authority has completed the Water Quality Report for Calendar year 2012. The report in its entirety can be accessed on line at www.putnamct.us. A copy of the report is also available at the Town of Putnam Public Library and the Water Pollution Control Authority Office. It is also available on page 10. Questions may be directed to Gerard M.
