Appeal # 2013-00:2 Shawn and Melissa Harmon — Request for a variance from Section 730 of the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations for a front yard setback from the required 50’ to 12’ for the construction of a garage. Property located at 117 East Putnam Road, Town Assessor’s Map 034, Lot 61. Zoned Ag-2.
Appeal # 2013-003: 375 School St. LLC/Dan McGinn — Request for an Appeal from the Decision of the Zoning Agent for property located at 375 School Street, Town Assessor’s Map 008, Lot 151. Zoned C-4. It is the applicant’s opinion that it should be listed as a 3-family whereas the town records have it listed as a 2-family.

The Electors and Citizens qualified to vote in Town Meeting of the Town of Putnam, Connecticut, are hereby notified and warned that a Town Meeting of said Town will be held at The Daniel S. Rovero Selectmen’s Chambers, Putnam Town Hall, 126 Church Street, Putnam, Connecticut, on Monday, the 15th day of July, 2013, at 7:30 in the evening for the following purposes:
1. To choose a moderator for said meeting.
2. To determine the wishes of those present and eligible to vote upon a proposed resolution as follows:
RESOLVED, By the Town Meeting of the Town of Putnam, that the Town of Putnam shall sell a tract or parcel of land (Parcel “A”) consisting of approximately .26 acres to Ronald Williams or any entity he may designate for a price of $9,000.00. Said Parcel “A” is more particularly shown on Map 1264 filed in the Putnam Land Records and is located between Ridge Road and Park Street.
