Receive degrees

NEWPORT, R.I. --- The following hometown residents were awarded degrees during Salve Regina University’s 64th commencement May 18, 2014: Colleen DeMoranville of Chepachet, was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Nursing RN-BS; Nancy Forsstrom of Danielson,  was awarded a Master of Arts in Humanities; John Houlker of Danielson, was awarded a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling; Kaitlyn Kelly of Thompson, was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Special Education magna cum laude. Kelly is a member of Chi Alpha Sigma national college athlete honor society and is a member of Delta Epsilon Sigma national scholastic honor society for students of Catholic colleges and universities; Kathryn Sheehan of Pomfret, was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology; Skye Sloman of Pascaog,  was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Biology-Environmental Sciences.
