Bill Jobbagy, chairman of The Last Green Valley, Inc. announced that after many years of dedicated service, Executive Director Charlene Cutler resigned to accept a challenging position with another nonprofit organization.  

He said the Board of Directors has appointed Deputy Director Lois Bruinooge as executive director, effective immediately. 

He added the board also hired Marcy Dawley as a project administrator. She has been a volunteer for TLGV for some time and is a welcome addition to our staff, he said.

Jobbagy said, "We look forward to continue to provide high quality programs and events. The annual Tastes of the Valley is scheduled for September 14th and tickets are on sale.  A record number of events are scheduled for Walktober. The brochures will be distributed soon and are available on the TLGV website.  In the fall we will release a new website that will be more user friendly and interactive. Look forward to some exciting new projects in the upcoming year. We wish Charlene the best in her new endeavor and congratulate Lois on her new position. She has our full support and confidence."
