Timothy Ford, 50, Church Street, Putnam; operating under the influence.

Joshua Warner, 32, Powhattan Street, Putnam; third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct.

William Stoliker, 27, Lyon Street, Putnam; disorderly conduct.

Sept. 7

Christopher Fischkelta, 39, Bolles Street, Putnam; disorderly conduct; third-degree assault, interfering with 911 call, risk of injury to a minor (two counts).
