Employee of month

PUTNAM — Hematology/Oncology Administrative Coordinator Lisa Briere has been named employee of the month for November at Day Kimball Healthcare (DKH). 

As administrative coordinator, Briere helps to facilitate the flow of hematology/oncology patients through the DKH system. 

Briere began working at DKH in 2001 on the Medical/Surgical floor and cross-trained in the Intensive Care Unit. She also spent one year as a mental health worker in the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. Briere entered her current position in 2008

Briere, who was born at Day Kimball Hospital, which is part of the DKH integrated system, lives in East Killingly. She has one daughter.  Briere is a member of the DKH “Well Wishers” and is a DKH team captain for the “Woodstock Relay for Life.”
