Brian Parquette, 28, Genevieve Street, Putnam;  operating without insurance, operating unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have head lights.

Dec. 4

Charles Cozzens, 34, Five Mile River Road, Putnam; disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, sixth-degree larceny.

Donna Scavoni, 47, Pomfret Street, Putnam; second-degree failure to appear.

Dec. 6

Shane Sweet, 32, Providence Street, Putnam; risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct.

Dec. 7

Walter Mercier, 38, Church Street, Putnam; disorderly conduct.
