WATERFORD — Charter Oak Federal Credit Union has promoted Sundae Franklin to vice president-sales manager for its 14-branch network stretching across eastern Connecticut.

“Sundae has broad banking experience and a detailed knowledge of our branch operations in both New London and Windham counties,” said Brian A. Orenstein, Charter Oak’s CEO. “Her sales and service skills, combined with the expertise of our branch team, will truly optimize our members’ banking experience here at Charter Oak,” he said.

Franklin has more than 20 years of financial services experience, including expertise in branch operations as well as lending operations.
