WILLIMANTIC — Eastern Connecticut State University’s chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) won third place in a national competition at the 20th Annual AITP National Collegiate Conference. For the conference’s Database Driven Website Competition, the club’s task was to completely replace the website of a selected nonprofit organization with a modernized, database-driven website. AITP club member Matthew Witkowski ’15 of N. Grosvenordale played a major role in the success of the club.
