Sidney Husson, 19, Sabin Street, Putnam; breach of peace, third-degree assault, threatening, second-degree harassment.

Aug. 8

Stephen Rosenson, 48, Lamothe Street, Putnam; violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, two counts of second-degree failure to appear.
