Andrey Sazhin, 18, Wheatley Street, Danielson; possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana.

Edward Chrabaszcz, 42, Woodstock Avenue, Putnam; operating under the influence, failure to drive right.

Russell Barbour, 44, Church Street, Thompson; operating under suspension, failure to grant right of way.

Herbert Long III, 34, Vandale Street, Putnam; third-degree assault, three counts of interfering with police, interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct, three counts of assault on a police officer.
