The Last Green Valley, Inc. (TLGV) has found another way to connect its members to the National Heritage Corridor’s 35 unique towns.

Starting this month, Mystery Member Meanders will activate the modern day, inner explorer hidden within you. 

Each month the town of the upcoming Mystery Member Meander location will be divulged, along with a brief description of terrain, difficulty and any other important planning details. With just these few clues, you may be able to deduce the exact location, but then again, you may not! That is the mystery and the fun! TLGV members will get the full details, address and parking information when they RSVP for each month’s event. 

January’s Mystery Member Meander will take place from 11 a.m. to noon Jan. 15 in Lisbon.  This adventure will total 2.5 miles of easy woods trails, with paved and gravel paths available for those with strollers or less steady on their feet.  Leashed dogs are ok.  To RSVP and obtain the secret location, contact Lead Ranger Marcy at 860 774-3300 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. In addition to TLGV’s new Mystery Member Meanders, TLGV Member Programs and Acorn Adventures will continue, too. These events are all offered monthly and are educational, fun, inspiring.
