PUTNAM — Rosemary Place was recently promoted to assistant vice president / Retail Loan coordinator and underwriter of Putnam Bank.  She graduated from Burdett School of Business in 1984 and has more than 25 years of experience in banking and mortgages.  

Place joined Putnam Bank as Retail Loan coordinator in 2001.  She steadfastly developed a leadership role and effectively managed the ever-changing regulatory environment for the processing/underwriting functions.
