KILLINGLY — Two Killingly residents were arrested on heroin charges Aug. 23.
Daniel Baillargeon, 31, of Stone Road, and Tana Dashnaw, 33, of Stone Road, were both charged with possession of heroin,, possession of heroin with intent to sell and operating a drug factory.
Troopers assigned to the Troop D Quality of Life Task Force, Troopers from Troop D, the Killingly Resident Troopers Office as well as the Statewide Narcotics Task Force (East Office) executed a narcotics related search and seizure warrant at #65 Stone Road, Killingly.
Police said Baillargeon and Dashnaw were selling heroin from their residence. Troopers secured the residence after discovering the targets were not home. Troopers set up surveillance on the Kings Inn in Putnam and detained both after seeing them exit a vehicle and walk toward the motel. After executing the three search warrants (House, Baillargeon and Dashnaw), Troopers seized over one ounce of raw heroin, 3.8 grams of cocaine, nearly $8,000 in cash, three cell phones and a concealment device.
