PUTNAM — The annual Elks Hoop Shoot, funded by the Elks National Foundation, will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Jan. 7 at the Putnam Middle School.

It  is a free throw contest for boys and girls ages 8 to 13. Contestants’ age-groups are determined by their age as of April 1, 2017.
