Winner

Jenna Tatro, second from right, a sophomore a Putnam High School, recently won the local American Legion Oratorical contest sponsored by the Mayotte- Viens Post #13.  All contestants spoke on an aspect of the U.S. Constitution.  Her topic was “Party Polarization and Patriotism.”  Pictured, left to right: Albert Cormier, Post #13 contest chairman; John Allen, Putnam High School social studies teacher; Tatro; and Ronald P.
