Healing Service

Basketball Shoot-Out
PUTNAM --- The Ray Brousseau Putnam Rotary Club All Star Senior Basketball Shoot-out will be held at the Putnam High School gym. The women’s game will start at 5:30 p.m. and the men’s starts at 7. Door and shoot-out prizes. $3 for adults; $1 for students and seniors.

W. THOMPSON --- The Last Green Valley will present “Sprint Outdoors: A Special Vernal Equinox TLGV Hike” from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the W. Thompson Dam. Meet in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers parking lot. Hike is just more than 2 miles, round trip. Bring bag lunch and TLGV will pack in cider and cookies. RSVP: 860-774-3300.

PUTNAM ---  There will be a food drive for local, needy people from 9 a.m. to noon at the Cargill Council 64 Knights of Columbus Hall on Providence Street.
