Completes program
WATERFORD — Sonya Armstrong of Brooklyn, a Charter Oak Federal Credit Union assistant vice president and regional retail sales manager, successfully completed the Credit Union League of Connecticut’s management program for high-potential executives.
Armstrong has been with Charter Oak since 2005. Prior to her promotion to assistant vice president and regional retail sales manager, she had served as the branch officer of Charter Oak’s Dayville, Willimantic, and Killingly High School branches. Michael Ballirano also completed the program.
