Donation
During her many years as Putnam's Tax Assessor, Rande Chmura (now retired) was gifted old maps of Putnam. She had them framed and they hung in the assessor's office in the old town hall. She recently donated them to the Aspinock Historical Society via John Miller, president of the society. Linda Lemmon photo.
