Man arrested
after domestic
PUTNAM — Oct. 4 A Putnam man was arrested following a domestic disturbance call to the Putnam Police Department.
Michael W. Moore, 29, of 63 Woodstock Ave., #5, Putnam, was charged with third-degree assault, first-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment, criminal violation of a protective order and interfering with an office.
Putnam Police Chief Christopher D. Ferace said the Putnam Police Department responded to a multi-family residence on Woodstock Avenue for the report of a domestic disturbance. They found a victim suffering from a minor injury and the accused was gone. A short time later the accused was found on the roof of his residence and taken into custody.
He said the accused assaulted and threatened the victim while there were valid protective orders in place. The victim’s injuries did not require medical attention. All accused are innocent until proven guilty
