At the December 21, 2016 meeting of the Pomfret Planning & Zoning Commission, the following legal action was taken:

1. Town of Pomfret Planning & Zoning Commission, 5 Haven Road, the Plan of Conservation and Development was approved and adopted with an adoption date of 12/21/16.  The effective date of the Plan of Conservation and Development is 1/30/17.
