2 arrested on drug charges
PUTNAM — The morning of Aug 27, members of the Putnam Police Department, assisted by the CT State Police Bureau of Special Investigations Joint Task Force-East Office, served a narcotic-related Search & Seizure Warrant at 24 Marshall St. 
Putnam Police Chief Christopher Ferace said Putnam Police seized quantities of crack cocaine and fentanyl prepackaged for sale at the street level and anabolic steroids, drug paraphernalia, packaging materials, scales, cutting agents, and U.S. currency. Two occupants were arrested.  The search warrant was issued after a lengthy investigation conducted by the Putnam Police Department and initiated upon receiving complaints from concerned citizens in the neighborhood.
Arrested were: Daniel S. Baillargeon, 40, 24 Marshall St.; Putnam. Charges: Possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of fentanyl, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of anabolic steroids, possession of drug paraphernalia, destruction of evidence, operating a drug factory; and Cheyanne N. Robertson, 44, 24 Marshall St. Charges: Possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory
