Appeal # 2010-05:  Khamphan Phongsa — Request for a variance according to the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations for a 3-family conversion.  Property located at 1-5 Park Road. Town Assessor’s Map 27, Lot 55.  Zoned C-1.

The Town of Putnam Zoning Commission held a meeting on May 19, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall located at 126 Church Street, Putnam, CT.  The following action was taken:
Docket # 2010-09:  Karen Leaf — Request for a special permit according to Section 720 of the Town of Putnam Zoning Commission to locate a photography photo studio at 191 Providence Street. Town Assessor’s Map 8, Lot 133-2. Zoned C-2.  APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS.
Docket # 2010-10:  Arthur Johnson — Request for a special permit according to Section      810 -6 to expand a current business to include automotive service.  Property located at 42 Woodstock Avenue West. Town Assessor’s Map 5, Lot 16. Zoned R-10.  WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT.
