WOODSTOCK --- The Woodstock Seniors will hold the following on the lower level of the Town Hall this week: Arts and crafts, 9:30 to 11 a.m. July 21; dominoes, 1 to 4 p.m. July 21.  Exercises cancelled for months of July and August.

Dairy Exhibit
WOODSTOCK --- "Farmers, Cows and the Land," an exhibition about the modern history of dairy farming in Connecticut, is on display at the Roseland Cottage carriage barn through Oct. 15, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays. Free.

Fun Run

Art Exhibit
POMFRET --- The Connecticut Audubon Society Center at Pomfret (Rt. 169) will present an exhibit "Out of the Woods" wood block prints by Lynita Shimizu through July 30. Free. 860-928-4948.

Puppetry Exhibit
STORRS --- The Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry will present two exhibits, "Punch and Judy: Handpuppets, Politics and Humor," and "Frank and Elizabeth Haines: An American Puppet Theater in the 1930s," through Dec. 19 at the UConn campus.  www.bimp.uconn.edu.

Benefit Concert
PUTNAM --- Particle Accelerator, Putnam PRIDE, the Putnam Police Dept. and the Putnam Recreation Dept. will present its fourth annual suicide prevention and awareness benefit concert from noon to 11 p.m. at Rotary Park. Free. All welcome.

Car Cruise
PUTNAM --- The Tri-State Cruisers hold their car cruise from 4 to 8 p.m. every Saturday at the Super Stop & Shop parking lot on Rt. 44.

Nature Hike
POMFRET --- A 3 1/2-mile hike of the Mashamoquet Brook State Park's Red, Blue, and Blue/Red Trails will be held at 9:30 a.m. starting from the Wolf Den Campground parking lot. Moderate, 2 hours. 928-6121.
