PUTNAM --- The Day Kimball Healthcare diagnostic imaging department was granted accreditation by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Echocardiography Laboratories (ICAEL). The department is one of a growing number in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico to be so recognized for its commitment to high-quality patient care and its provision of quality diagnostic testing.
According to JoAnn Slota, diagnostic imaging manager, “Accreditation status signifies that Day Kimball has been reviewed by an independent agency that recognizes our commitment to quality testing for the diagnosis of heart disease."
