PUTNAM — Sheri Sochor is celebrating her 10th anniversary as owner of Arts & Framing in revitilized downtown Putnam. Arts & Framing displays and sells everything from oil paintings to murals to frescoes and photography. Sochor can frame just about anything. The business is inside the former Montgomery Ward Building at 112 Main St.
